Celebrated violinists Hilary Hahn and Augustin Haledich have offered their gift to new recordings of the Suzuki Violin Method. Hahn recording vols. 1-3 and Haledich vols. 4-6.
Of course, Listening is key to the Suzuki method for several reasons. First, you get to know the piece before you play it. Second, you hear a professional’s tone production and interpretation. Third, you learn to see the technique of the performer as you listen (which is not the same for watching a video).
